Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia seeks experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from a local staffing team.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years ER experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care ER setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
