First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs for Per Diem hospital assignments in Virginia. Earn competitive hourly pay and choose shifts that fit your availability, with daily or weekly pay options and a support team to help credentialing and scheduling.

Work the ER with a local team: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
