Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Rowlett, TX. The RN delivers expert patient care in emergency settings, applying the nursing process with accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or otheremergent critical care areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
• Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
• CEN certification preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
