Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in the emergency department setting, applying the nursing process and coordinating care in emergent situations.

Qualifications

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or otheremergent critical care areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License within the state ofpractice
• Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
• CEN certification preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
