Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the emergency room and other emergent critical care areas. The RN must hold a valid state license and meet core requirements; ER experience is preferred and CEN certification is a plus.

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.

• Apply the nursing process and deliver patient care in the emergency department or other emergent critical care areas.
• Provide care in accordance with professional standards and contract requirements.
• Meet federal, state, and local requirements and maintain licensure and certifications as required.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or otheremergent critical care areas.

• Current Registered Nurse License within the state ofpractice
• Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
• CEN certification preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
