Rosaires Care is seeking a Travel Emergency Room RN to deliver critical nursing care in fast-paced emergency settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and triage patients and implement timely interventions.

The role emphasizes high-acuity patient management, rapid decisions, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical standards. Travel assignments may require flexibility and strong communication.

Travel Emergency Room RN provides critical nursing care to patients in emergency settings within a fast-paced, high-stress environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, triage, and deliver timely interventions that support optimal patient outcomes.

Key Duties

• Deliver advanced emergency nursing care to acutely ill and injured patients


• Perform patient assessment, triage, and rapid intervention as conditions change


• Monitor vital signs, recognize deterioration, and respond to urgent clinical needs


• Administer medications and treatments per protocol and provider orders


• Coordinate care with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals


• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to clinical standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and ability to practice in the assigned location


• Strong emergency/acute care experience and clinical judgment


• Competence in high-acuity patient management and fast decision-making


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
