Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Seasonal Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ED. You will perform rapid triage, stabilization, and ongoing assessment for patients with diverse and potentially critical conditions.

Responsibilities include IV placement, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and accurate EHR documentation. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• Active RN license; emergency/acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking in high-acuity settings.
• Proficiency with IV therapy, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring.
• Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary providers.
• Accurate, detail-oriented EHR documentation.
