CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in Baytown, Texas, seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ED. You will triage and assess patients, administer medications, and respond rapidly to emergencies.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care, update care plans, and educate patients and families while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Formación

• Current RN license in the United States.
• Strong emergency assessment and rapid decision-making.
• Medication administration and basic diagnostic competence.
• Clear communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings.
• Accurate EMR documentation and patient education.

Responsabilidades

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients’ vital signs
• Administer medications and support emergency interventions
• Perform and interpret basic diagnostic tests
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the EMR
• Communicate with patients and families and provide education
• Update care plans and coordinate with the care team
• Escalate critical changes promptly and maintain readiness for emergencies
