Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced ED. You will triage, stabilize, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure timely, safe treatment.

You will utilize advanced monitoring equipment, document care in the EMR, and uphold infection control and patient safety standards in trauma and cardiac emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience providing emergency care and handling time-sensitive patient needs.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and stabilization skills.
• Proficiency with IV therapy, medication administration, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced team environments.
• Knowledge of safety and infection-prevention standards; accurate EMR documentation.
