Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Emergency Room to lead patient flow, support triage, and supervise nursing teams in a fast-paced ED. You will coordinate care, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices to drive high-quality outcomes.

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will promote patient safety, mentor bedside nurses, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the ER.
