Job summary

Aura Health is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ED in Virginia. You will triage and assess patients on arrival, administer medications, perform basic diagnostics, and collaborate with physicians to update care plans.

In this role, you will monitor vital signs, respond rapidly to emergencies, document accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families about procedures and health management, working closely with the care

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with active RN license (Virginia).
• Ability to triage and assess patients in emergency settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
