Overview

This will be an Auto Offer Position

Location and Schedule

Location: Roswell, New Mexico

Shift: Days

Responsibilities

• Provide care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

• NHIS Stroke
• SAMA or CPI
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Contract Details

• 13-Week Assignment
• 36-Hour Guarantee
• 3-12 hour shifts per week
• 2 Years Experience
• Option for 48 hr. Guarantee
• Option for Blocked Scheduling as long as the same days are not required each week. Every other weekend required
• Floating Required, rarely but as needed
• Scrubs: Royal Blue
• EMR: Cerner, Mindray Telemetry Monitoring
• 13 weeks min required. Options to extend!
