Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse for the Emergency Central Staffing Office in Arlington, TX. The role is PRN, nights, 7PM–7AM, with 36 hours/week and a pay rate of $70.00 per hour.

Requires a current TX RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience including 3+ years in Emergency, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Flexibility to float across Metroplex zones is required; this internal staffing office supports staffing across THR hospitals.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• 5+ years clinical nurse experience, with at least 3 years Emergency experience in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patients' safety and care needs.
• Engage families/caregivers in care planning.
• Provide professional nursing care in Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to CLIA/education equivalency requirements.
