You will work with physicians and the care team to ensure compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and positive patient outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license (or eligibility), and certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS) within 30 days of employment start date.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license required or eligible
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications within 30 days of start date
• RN with diploma or degree in nursing (BSN/ADN/ASN)
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per department standards.
• Document care in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients/families about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up measures.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to support outcomes.
