Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Perform total body and system assessment each shift per unit standards.
• Care of Patient: Plan, implement, evaluate, and educate.
• Clinical/Technical Skills: Utilize technology, procedures, protocols, and interventions specific to the unit.
• Documentation: Document thoroughly in the electronic system.
• Leadership: Accept direction from leadership and mentor others.
• Precepting/Mentoring: Orient new staff and mentor students in a constructive manner.
