Job summary

Unity Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Searcy, AR. This full-time position runs 7p–7a and includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will deliver patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to quality outcomes in a safety-sensitive role. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and Arkansas licensure, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage high-acuity patients

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current licensure in the State of Arkansas.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the nursing process: assessment, identification of nursing problems, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
• Serves as a resource nurse during orientation and instruction as directed.
