Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking upcoming or recent nursing graduates for a pipeline program. Roles include part- and full-time RN positions with a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Nurses will provide evidence-based care across the care continuum and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year RN experience.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional Life Support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, planning and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor and teach staff; participate in decision-making.
