The role requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and follow technical procedures. On-call shifts are required; pay is $21.00–$24.00 per hour with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in demolition, construction, or restoration preferred.
• IICRC WRT or ASD certification strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and wear PPE.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; pass a background check.
• Experience documenting work for insurance and restoration processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies in homes and businesses.
• Perform structural drying, cleaning, demolition, and stabilization work.
• Operate truck-mounted pumps and extractors for water removal.
• Set and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to track progress.
• Clean soot, ash, and smoke damage from structural materials.
• Operate odor-control gear such as hydroxyl generators and foggers.
• Secure damaged properties with board-up and tarping as needed.
• Document notes and photos; support insurance documentation.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours response.
