Job summary

ATI Restoration in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Restoration Technician to join a team performing emergency services and contents restoration, following safety policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires after-hours and weekend response, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working with hazardous materials under PPE; experience in water/fire damage is preferred. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of construction experience, especially in water/fire damage.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, but not required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform content restoration work on residential and commercial properties.
• Perform physical labor: cleanup, packing contents, HVAC cleaning and deodorization.
• Assist with inventory, equipment setup, contents storage.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate tools and perform maintenance on equipment.
• Warehouse maintenance and stock supplies.
• Work at high elevations on ladders/scaffolding.
• All other duties as assigned.
