Job summary

First Onsite in Asheville, NC is seeking a motivated Technician to help businesses recover from disasters. You’ll work hands-on with water, fire, and mold mitigation, and assist with light demolition while setting up equipment with a skilled team.

You will follow safety protocols, track project updates with basic computer skills, and provide flexible support across multiple service lines. A Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year and a valid driver’s license are required or preferred;

Qualifications

• Possesses or can obtain Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restoration experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines
