Job summary

The Paul Davis team is seeking an on-site restoration professional to respond to emergency service activities and oversee restoration projects in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the initial point of contact for emergency jobs, define the scope of work, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include water emergency tasks, fire/smoke projects, deodorization, and securing structures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
• Be the point person and first responder for emergency jobs.
• Establishes and records the scope of work to be accomplished.
• Respond to Emergency Water jobs including extraction and drying plans.
• Work on Emergency Fire/Smoke projects including deodorization and securing structure.
• Utilize drying software and other digital tools.
• Coordinate demolition and cleaning.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and consumables.
• Communicate with management and customers.
• Perform on-call rotations as needed.
• Complete jobs successfully and obtain completion certificates.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to work in confined spaces and around occasional chemicals.
• Ability to obtain IICRC certifications over time.
