Job summary

ATI Restoration in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Restoration Technician to join a team performing emergency services and contents restoration. The role requires adherence to EPA/OSHA and safety guidelines, with after-hours and weekend availability for emergencies.

You will assist with inventory, equipment setup, and cleaning tasks, handle hazardous materials with PPE, and operate common restoration tools. A high school diploma and 2–4 years of construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years construction experience on water/fire damage jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform content restoration work on residential and commercial properties.
• Handle packing, cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization.
• Assist with inventory, setup of equipment, contents for storage, and lifting into storage.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE and adhere to site safety plans.
• Operate routinely used tools and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Warehouse maintenance and stocking supplies.
• Work from ladders or scaffolding at height.
• All other duties as assigned.
