Restorerz Emergency Services in Fresno, CA is hiring full-time Restoration Technicians to respond to water, fire, mold, and other emergency property damage. This hands-on role helps homeowners and businesses recover and restores order on job sites.

Pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour depending on experience, with overtime and bonus opportunities. No restoration experience required; we offer hands-on training, steady work, and clear paths to grow into lead technician or project manager roles.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow in restoration practices.
• No prior restoration experience required but eagerness to learn is essential.
• Must be able to pass safety and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage jobs.
• Assist with job site setup, protection, containment, cleanup, and restoration work.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, packing, moving, and related field tasks.
• Set up, monitor, move, clean, and remove restoration equipment.
• Take job site photos and assist with basic documentation.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow instructions from Project Managers and branch leadership.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and job-specific instructions.
• Support emergency jobs, overtime, after-hours work, and occasional weekend work as needed.
