Lightspeed Restoration is a fast-growing leader in the restoration industry serving the Greater Philadelphia area. The Field Technician role provides 24/7 emergency water damage recovery, mold remediation, fire restoration, and indoor air quality services.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; training and certification provided.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial construction is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Light demolition and removal of finished building materials.
• Operate water collection vacuums/pumps to remove standing water.
• Detailed cleaning including vacuuming, brushing and damp wiping.
• Set or adjust equipment for drying or filtration.
• Clean HVAC/air ducts and exhaust systems.
• Assist with safe lifting, ladder work, and tool operation.
• Demonstrate proper use of power drills and saws.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with customers.
