Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead emergency services and contents restoration in residential and commercial properties, ensuring adherence to EPA, OSHA, and company safety policies.

The role requires after-hours and weekend emergency response, documentation of moisture, temperature, logs, and photos, and strict safety practices. Proactive teamwork and ability to handle hazardous materials are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• 2-4 years of Construction and restoration experience, specifically on water/fire damage jobs.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus; heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards promptly.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Set up emergency equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Regularly create containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and areas.
• Document moisture maps, field logs, photos and videos.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.
• Operate tools and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Work at high elevations on ladders or scaffolding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
