Job summary

AMR is hiring Paramedics for a full-time role with immediate start. Hourly rates begin at $23.07 plus DOE, reflecting experience. The position emphasizes compassionate, high-quality patient care across basic and advanced procedures.

We seek Paramedics capable of leadership on scene, operating with progressive protocols, and providing top-tier care to customers and communities served by AMR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Paramedic License.
• State Driver’s License.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Assess call situations and determine best action using Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment to provide advanced care (defibrillator, EKG, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance that care is being given.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs tomaintainAMR image andestablishstrong community relations.

MinimumRequired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State Paramedic License
• State Driver’s License
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
• Driving record in compliance with company policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
