You will lead on-scene operations, drive ambulances when needed, and collaborate with healthcare and public safety teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. A valid Paramedic license and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Paramedic License and Driver’s License are required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic, CPR (AHA) are required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a physical agility test.
• Healthcare work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency situations and determine the best course of action.
• Use medical devices to administer advanced care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Lead scene and unit management when necessary.
• Respond to 911 calls by driving ambulances.

Role Overview

This position is for a dedicated Paramedic responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate emergency medical care. The role involves assessing call situations, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV fluids, and providing appropriate treatment based on progressive protocols. Paramedics act as team leaders, managing scenes and units, and are required to drive ambulances during emergency responses.
