Responsibilities

• Build teams with family, staff, and community resources to support safe solutions.
• Reach safety decisions with input from families and stakeholders.
• Assess safety, abuse, neglect, and family functioning; separate dangerous caregivers when needed.
• Make plans focused on safety, family preservation, or permanent placement.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with laws and timelines.
