Job summary

Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking Relief Emergency Veterinarians to join our team in Idaho. You will deliver emergency care within a national network supporting local hospitals.

We offer flexible arrangements (W2, 1099, or LLC) and the Travel ER Team, with resources to advance your skills in a locally rooted, nationally connected system.

Ideal candidates hold a DVM/VMD, are licensed in good standing in their state, and have DEA licensure or eligibility for emergency practice.

• Active state veterinary license in good standing for the state of employment.
• Active DEA license or eligibility.

Position Requirements

All Emergency Relief Veterinarian positions require the following minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree.
• Experience in emergency medicine and/or the successful completion of a small animal rotating or emergency internship.
• State Veterinary Board License: Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
