Jefferson Health in Turnersville, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Kennedy University Hospitals team. You will apply the nursing process to address the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of a diverse patient population while aligning care with cultural beliefs and values.

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams, provide patient and family education, and participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma required to practice as an RN.
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Strong patient- and family-centered care approach.
• Knowledge of effective communication with patients and families.
• Experience with nursing process and care planning.
