Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year workers' compensation administration experience.
  • On-site casino environment familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and callers; route to appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate clerical tasks; scan, file, and attach documents.
  • Open/mail; draft memos and route to Directors as needed.
  • Oversee workers' compensation program and claims with TPA.
  • Maintain team member files and certifications.
  • Operate office equipment and software (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Learn and operate iTrak dispatch/report writing software.
  • Obtain and maintain security-related certifications (CPR/AED/First Aid, etc.).
  • Assist security officers during emergencies or events.
  • Procure department supplies and maintain insurance certificates.
  • Coordinate department meetings and related logistics.
