You will oversee program development, interdepartmental collaboration, and training to strengthen resilience across the care continuum.

This role oversees budgets, regulatory compliance, decontamination, drills, and coordination with CDС/DOH partners to ensure readiness and safety across Samaritan Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Budget management for Emergency Management
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards
• Lead emergency preparedness initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budget for Emergency Management and grant deliverables
• Coordinate disaster preparedness drills with internal and external partners
• Lead Hospital Emergency Incident Command System (HICS) and staff training
• Oversee Hazardous Materials and Waste compliance and environmental reporting
