Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Radiologist to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will interpret a broad spectrum of emergency and acute care imaging studies and support fast-paced EDs, Level I trauma centers and tertiary care hospitals.

The role offers opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in an academic health system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and completion of an ACGME Radiology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Indiana.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad spectrum of emergency and acute care imaging studies.
• Support Level I trauma services, comprehensive stroke care, EDs and inpatient imaging.
• Provide rapid and accurate diagnostic reports to support urgent clinical decision-making.
• Participate in trauma activations and emergency imaging consultations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows as desired.
