Regional 911 Intake Solutions seeks qualified Police Dispatchers to support Sullivan, MO agencies by receiving emergency and nonemergency requests and maintaining critical communications with officers in the field.

Dispatchers will document locations, vehicle details, hazards, and completed actions, while coordinating with neighboring agencies and ensuring records are accurate and secure. Training is provided for entry-level applicants, and shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training may be provided for entry-level roles.
• Candidates should be able to type accurately and understand spoken information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to learn jurisdictional geography are essential.

Responsabilités

• Receive emergency and nonemergency requests for police assistance.
