Job summary

MUSC Health Pee Dee Division seeks BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians or BC Family Medicine Physicians with at least three years of Emergency Medicine experience to join a team of 15 emergency physicians across Florence, Marion, and Black River.

We operate three EDs serving about 95,000 patients annually, offering nocturnist coverage, APP support, and a system designed to minimize burnout while delivering top-tier care.

Qualifications

• ABEM/ABOEM BC/BE OR ABFM BC with three years of continuous Emergency Medicine experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
• Graduation from an ACGME residency program.

Responsibilities

• Staff all shifts including dedicated nocturnists with APP support.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to manage diverse patient needs.
• Care for a patient mix of 85% adults and 15% pediatrics.
• Support initiatives to prevent burnout and promote career longevity.
