Innova Emergency Medical Associates seeks an Emergency Medicine physician to join a team serving Winslow, AZ with options to live nearby or commute from Phoenix and surrounding areas. The position features a hybrid staffing model with in-house coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on-call from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, offering a strong work-life balance.

The role supports full-time (7 days per month) or part-time opportunities, with compensation outlined for 24-hour blocks and potential year-end

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Eligible to practice medicine in Arizona.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Medicine care in the hospital ED.
• Participate in hybrid staffing model and maintain coverage across scheduled shifts.
• Support work-life balance with predictable 3–4 day blocks and seven days per month full-time.
