Qualifications

• Graduate or higher-level degree in professional nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, active, full, and unrestricted nursing license/registration allowed to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in ED, OR, OB, and Med/Surg units per standards and evidence-based practice.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensure safe patient care and effective teamwork.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the care team to develop and implement coordinated plans.
• Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with critical thinking and timely interventions.
