• Manage operations for the Recovery mission as Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery) (Operations Section Chief Type 2).
• Develop, activate and supervise Operations Section elements per the Incident Action Plan and ensure ICS compliance.
• Brief subordinates and ensure training, coaching, and performance evaluations are conducted.
• Provide leadership in operational planning when not deployed and support agency mission and programs.
