Job summary

You will guide practice standards and resource use in a busy hospital setting. This leadership position requires a CA RN license, 2+ years of patient care experience, 1+ year in a leadership role, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Associates degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team to drive performance improvement and growth.
• Supervise daily activities of the work unit and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate care delivery operations and resource utilization in a 24/7 environment.
• Support quality, risk, and safety initiatives across the unit.
