Job summary
UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for an acute care setting. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Monitor progress; adjust care plans as needed based on outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and plans.
