Job summary

Fairview Range in Hibbing, MN seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Emergency Department on assigned shifts. You will provide patient care under MD supervision, delivering safe, efficient services to acutely ill and injured patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Emergency or Urgent Care settings is preferred.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
• License as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with MN Board of Nursing or PA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, systemic care under MD supervision for ED patients.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of treatment.
• Demonstrate knowledge in emergency care, pharmacology, and patient education.
• Communicate effectively with diverse clinical teams and coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to standards, guidelines, and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
