Job summary

Zepf Center is a longtime provider in Northwest Ohio offering behavioral health and substance use disorder services. We seek a Full Time Mental Health Professional for our Emergency Services department, responsible for crisis assessment, triage, and immediate therapeutic interventions in a 24/7 unit.

Must have LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC licensure and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Responsibilities include intake, assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with case management, with an emphasis

Qualifications

• 2 years crisis intervention experience required.
• LSW/LPC; LISW/LPCC licensure required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct triage and intake interviews by phone or in-person.
• Complete counseling, social work assessments, and social histories.
• Assess and determine appropriate treatment and develop planned course of care.
• Provide linkage to case management and services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Respond to crisis scenes and provide immediate interventions.
• Collaborate with emergency personnel to resolve crises.
• Provide crisis follow-up and referrals as needed.
• Deliver services in the setting most appropriate to client needs.
