Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking staff physicians for Emergency Medicine. The position is part-time (0.5 FTE) with rotating shifts across our 7 facilities, offering excellent benefits and the chance to contribute to education and quality improvement initiatives.

• Practice the highest level of medicine at our 7 state-of-the-art facilities: Main and suburban ERs, and 5 urgent care sites in Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

About Emergency Medicine

Our faculty and staff physicians are practicing the highest level of medicine at our 7 state-of-the-art facilities: Main and suburban ERs, and 5 urgent care sites. As the sole pediatric acute care facility in our area, we serve a diverse population of over 2 million people with over 170,000 encounters annually. Faculty and staff in the Department of Pediatrics receive a competitive salary with excellent benefits to foster wellness, maximize savings, and prepare for the unexpected. CCHMC funds a defined contribution retirement plan at 10% of compensation up to annual IRS limits.

Emergency Medicine Team

• 50 Faculty
• 15+ Pediatric-trained staff physicians
• 30+ Advanced Practice Providers
• A large team of research coordinators, analysists, and PhDs
• 150 publications per year and $6 million in external grant funding.

As CCHMC continues to grow its regional, national, and international presence, clinicians may be asked to work at locations outside of the Burnet Campus.

Education/Experience
