Sanitas in Winter Park, Florida is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to manage patient care in an outpatient facility. This position encompasses a range of duties from minor treatments to acute care, ensuring effective triage and discharge processes.
Candidates must possess an active Florida RN License, ACLS, and PALS certifications, along with at least three years of critical care experience. The position may require up to 30% travel to various clinic locations for operational needs.
The Registered Nurse position performs a variety of nursing duties in caring for patients from minor treatment to acutely ill in a one-of-a-kind, free-standing outpatient facility, providing easy access to unscheduled care. This hyper-efficient delivery of Emergency Medicine Specialty Services combined with an outpatient facility efficiently provides high quality care that can yield lower ER visits, lower hospital admissions, and create savings.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position currently does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Required Education: Associate’s degree.
Required Experience: A minimum of 3+ years' recent experience in a Critical Care Setting (ICU) with a minimum of two years in an Emergency Room, Emergency Department (hospital, free standing). Less than 3 years’ experience may be considered with an internal recommendation.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in ER setting (hospital, freestanding) highly preferred.

Up to 30% travel to support clinic operations across the market. Travel may include coverage at other clinic locations, trainings, meetings, and other operational needs as they arise.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to work standing up, walk, use hands to operate tools and equipment and must be able to exert regularly up to 10 pounds of force, frequently exert 30 pounds of force and occasionally exert 50 pounds of force to constantly perform the essential job functions.
