Job summary

Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians for part-time or full-time roles across four Denver metro Urgent Care locations (Lakewood, Aurora Centrepoint, Rock Creek, Lone Tree). Fluency in telephonic medicine may be required and physicians will float to all locations with various shift lengths in a fast-paced walk-in setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Emergency Medicine physician required.
• Experience in clinic, hospital or urgent care setting.
• Willing to float to all four Denver metro locations.
• Telephonic Medicine may be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, efficient care for acute non-life-threatening conditions in urgent care.
• Perform focused exams, order/interpret tests, and decide when escalation to ED is needed.
• Collaborate with APPs, nurses, radiology, and support staff to maintain patient-centered care.
• Staff the Telephone Medicine Center as needed to support care delivery.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to protocol development and education.
