Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for coverage in Eureka, United States. The role involves providing comprehensive ED care with rotating shifts (8a-4p, 3p-12a, 1p-11p, 9p-6a, 11p-8a) and 5-7 shifts per month.

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered to support supplemental coverage. The facility features 144 beds with 20 in the department, an Epic EMR, and a fast-track ED.

Qualifications

• Board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine.
• Licensed in CA to practice in the state.
• DEA license required for prescribing controlled substances.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to ED patients.
• Work a rotating schedule including day, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Adhere to hospital privileging standards and maintain required certifications.
