Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join the Sovah Health Danville ED in Danville, Virginia. The role offers 10-12 hour shifts and competitive pay ($320–$340/hr) under a 1099 contractor arrangement, with access to CME and professional development.

Board-certified or board-eligible EM physicians are encouraged to apply; teaching opportunities accompany two residency programs, and J1 visa sponsorship is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine.
• Experience in emergency departments and acute care preferred.
• Willing to work 10-12 hour shifts.
