Job summary

Sycamore Physician Contracting LLC seeks Emergency Medicine physicians for locum tenens coverage in South Texas. Shifts include 7a-7p and 7p-7a to ensure continuous ED operations across a 14-bed facility with Level IV trauma capabilities.

Applicants must hold an active Texas license, be BC/BE in EM with ACLS, ATLS and PALS, and have completed residency in emergency medicine. Cerner is the EMR in use; APP coverage is defined per schedule and credentialing takes about 60 days.

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license required at time of presentation.
• Board-certified or -eligible in Emergency Medicine with ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
• Residency in Emergency Medicine completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Department coverage during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with APPs for coverage schedule.
• Maintain high-quality patient care in a Level IV trauma ED with 14 beds.
