ERP International, LLC seeks Emergency Medicine Physicians for part-time support at Naval Medical Center San Diego. The role supports 24/7 operations with duties ranging from patient evaluation to education of trainees. Board-certified EM physicians with CA licensure and residency training are preferred.

Schedule includes rotating shifts with weekend coverage. ERP is a leading government/ DoD partner offering high-quality emergency care services in federal facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
• Education: Graduation from a medical school in the United States, Canada, or AMA-approved, or AOA-approved college, or ECFMG-certified.
• Certification: Board certification in Emergency Medicine by ABEM or AOA.
• Internship/Residency/Fellowship: ACGME-approved Emergency Medicine residency or equivalent postdoctoral training.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of Emergency Medicine practice in the last four years.
• Licensure: Current, full, active CA medical license.
• Life Support: Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilités

• Perform the evaluation, admission, diagnosis, treatment, disposition, and management of emergency medicine patients.
• Provide prompt subspecialty referral and consults to other hospital services.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and trainees.
• Respond to codes and render emergency procedures to stabilize patients.
• Coordinate referrals to primary or consultant physicians for definitive care.
• Interpret diagnostic results and determine appropriate treatment per standards.
• Educate patients on prevention and health maintenance.
• Coordinate with medical personnel to obtain necessary confidential medical information.
