Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Park Rapids, Minnesota is seeking an BE/BC Emergency or Family Medicine Physician to join a fast-paced, highly supported Emergency Department. The role offers three 12-hour shifts weekly with weekend and holiday rotation, APP support, and Meditech EMR.

Compensation is highly competitive at $384,791 with relocation assistance up to $15,000 and PSLF eligibility. This is a prime rural setting with growth opportunities in rural emergency medicine and community leadership

Qualifications

BE/BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine is required.
Three, 12-Hour Shifts a Week with weekend and holiday rotation.
APP supported position with Meditech EMR.

Responsibilities

Patient Care: diagnose and treat medical conditions and develop treatment plans.
Communication: effectively communicate with patients, families, and teams.
Documentation: maintain accurate patient records and ensure coding compliance.
Team Collaboration: work with healthcare professionals and attend interdisciplinary meetings.
